The flame arrester is mainly composed of two parts, the shell and the filter element. The shell should have sufficient strength to withstand the shock pressure generated by the explosion. Filter is to prevent the spread of the main components of the flame, the use of metal mesh filter and corrugated filter two. Metal mesh filter with a diameter of 0.23~0.315mm stainless steel or copper mesh, multilayer overlap. At present, the domestic flame arrester usually adopts 16~22 mesh, which is the 4~12 layer.
