Description Material Performance Product Size Specifications

The plunger type valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve rod, piston, sealing ring, hand wheel and other scattered and disorderly parts (Figure). When the hand wheel rotation, through the stem to drive the plunger, the plunger and the seat top oblique cone clutch cone back and forth to complete the opening and closing of the valve.
In the valve, the plunger and the sealing ring between the use of interference fit. By pressing valve cover bolts, the sealing ring is compressed, the inner bag tightly close the valve plunger outer cavity wall, the radial force produced on the seal ring will be on the fluid pressure, thus ensuring the sealing, prevent the external leakage.
Because the sealing ring using strong elasticity, and extravagant high new non-toxic sealing material, so the seal is reliable and durable. Cone valve seat and plunger seal parts, using high-quality wear resistance material, can guarantee the service life of the valve.
The valve combined with the advantages of no leakage of the valve and the valve opening and closing fast characteristics, to become a new structure, a wide range of new varieties.
