Structural features:
1: the window at the inlet and outlet end of the valve body is designed as a double-channel groove sealing ring structure. During the rotation of the cock, the sealing pressure between the sealing pairs changes gradually until it reaches the position of full open or full closed, generating enough sealing pressure and the sealing pair reaches zero leakage.
2: double-channel groove sealing ring can not only make PTFE bushing stable in the valve body without displacement, but also absorb the slight deformation of bushing caused by temperature difference, at the same time, produce a powerful friction test between bushing and cock, and improve the service life of sealing surface.
3: the upper part of the plug shaft adopts a PTFE diaphragm, o-ring and adjusting gasket combination, which can not only adjust the sealing pressure between the sealing surface, make the plug rotate flexibly, but also ensure the sealing of the inlet and outlet end and the middle flange connection end.
4: the whole sealing process can be approximately considered independent of the pressure in the pipeline.
5: PTFE liner, according to the use of temperature and working medium with different materials of filling, good lubrication, long life.
