Product usage:
Power station gate valves are available in two standard forms, the imported type following the ANSIB16.34 and JISL1E101 standards, and the gb type following the JB3595 standard. They follow the same temperatual-pressure rating and have a reciprocal relationship in some pipelines. The middle part adopts no bonnet pressure self-tightening type, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure. Self-sealing ring has two materials, one is low carbon steel, the other is flexible graphite 316 wire (net). On the top of the sealing surface, the welded drill-based cemented carbide has a pure metal layer ≥3mm after processing, with abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life. Both ends of branch pipe are welded structure, and the welding can be made according to standard or user's requirements according to groove. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure water of thermal power plant, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, high temperature and high pressure water of metallurgy, steam, oil products, superheated steam pipeline.
